Reservation and Payment Information
Reservations Policy:
A non-refundable deposit is
required for reserving space at Tecaboca, whether you are holding the entire
facility or just one space for a small boy at camp!
After calling or e-mailing us to
reserve a space, you have 10 (ten) working days in which to send your
deposit. If your deposit is not received within that time, your
reservation may be released.
After mailing in your deposit, it is
your responsibility to call us and be sure that we have received your deposit
and double-check the details of your reservation. Our telephone number is
(830-866-3425). Typically, our business office is staffed Monday through
Thursday from 8:30 until 1:30 p.m. CST.

Payment Information:
Tecaboca is pleased to accept your payments via
mail, by Fax or in person.
VISA, MASTERCARD and DISCOVER
CREDIT CARDS WILL BE ACCEPTED
AS OF JUNE 1st, 2007 with an additional
3% fee added to cover the expense to us.
This fee is not added to credit card donations.
To mail in your payments for registrations, merchandise, or donations, address

Please note that payments may be made only in U.S. funds drawn on U.S. banks.
Of course, you always are welcome to mail payments or call the Tecaboca office
to process your payment over the telephone (830-866-3425). Typically, our
business office is staffed Monday through Thursday from 8:30 until 1:30 p.m.
