Kay Tally-Foos
Executive Director -
Kay is a native of Kerrville, and attended camp in the area as a youngster. She holds a Master's Degree in both Youth Camp Administration and Elementary Education. She has spent equal time in youth camp/conference center administration and public education teaching and administration through her career, but her first love has always been working with youth in the outdoors! Kay and her husband, Curtis Foos, have four children.

Howie Dotterweich
Program Director -
Howard (Howie) joins us from Southwestern Indiana, and has been attending and leading camps for nearly 18 years. Howie holds a Bachelors Degree in Radio and Television Communications. Prior to joining the Tecaboca Staff, Howie worked as an assistant camp director, camp director, and District Executive for the Boy Scouts. His two greatest passions are the outdoors and sharing the Catholic Faith with others. Howie has a friendly dog named Bud!

Jim West
Facility Director -
We are thrilled that Jim West, long time Kerrville building contractor, has agreed to come on board at Tecaboca as the Facility Director. Jim will oversee planning and implementation of facililty improvements and upkeep of grounds and facilities. Jim's reputation in historical renovations and new construction is unsurpassed in Kerr and area counties. In addition to a successful career in construction, Jim is an active member of Notre Dame Catholic Church in Kerrville, has served on the ACTS Core at Notre Dame, on the Our Lady of the Hills Catholic High School Board, and with the Ministry of the Third Cross; he currently serves as a mentor with the Texas Youth Commission, and is training to be a certified volunteer chaplain's assistant with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. We welcome Jim and his wife, Sallie, and their two grown children Mary and Matt, to our Marianist Family.
