Kay Tally-Foos
Executive Director -
Kay is a native of Kerrville, and attended camp in the area as a youngster. She holds a Master's Degree in both Youth Camp Administration and Elementary Education. She has spent equal time in youth camp/conference center administration and public education teaching and administration through her career, but her first love has always been working with youth in the outdoors! Kay and her husband, Curtis Foos, have four children.

Mark Keller is the Coach at Notre Dame Catholic School in Kerrville Texas. He comes to us with many years experience working with youth through
Church and School organizations as well as YMCA.

Carolyn Dean
Office Manager

Carolyn Dean has been the office manager for Tecaboca for three years. She has been the glue that has kept the office open and running. In addition to assisting the executive director, Carolyn is Tecaboca's bookkeeper and reservations manager. In her free time she is also the bookkeeper for her husband Randy Dean, an area contractor. Wife and mother, keeper of the numbers, another valuable asset to Tecaboca.

Richard McCabe
Facilities and Maintenance

Richard McCabe comes to Tecaboca after 30 years with the VA Hospital. His knowledge of maintenance is exceptional. Richard works at all times to keep things working well and smoothly for the camps and the retreats. His ability to design and work with wood is an art. He is also sought after as a Dutch Oven Cook and has been active in the local association. Richard is a man of many talents who is an asset to Tecaboca.
