Ann Garrido

Redeeming Conflict

12 Habits for Christian Leaders

Author of Redeeming Administration and Redeeming Conflict, Catholic Theologian, and conflict mediator.

Conflict can make or break an organization or team, and Ann leads retreatants through the process of making conflict a blessing and an opportunity for growth. She will help participants re-frame opposing views by helping groups see the facts of the situation, deal with the emotions of those in conflict, and by identifying the roles that each plays in conflict.

All this, plus time on the beautiful Tecaboca grounds! Time for listening, reflecting, and knowing other leaders committed to effective leadership.

The retreat begins at 7:30 p.m. on Friday and lasts until Sunday at noon.

Retreatants will enjoy the peaceful and beautiful Tecaboca grounds, guided prayer, faith based yoga, and Celebration of the Eucharist.
