Summer Camp Counselor

Camp counseling is an awesome way to have fun and make a difference in the world by helping youngsters grow up healthy in all aspects: spiritually, physically, socially, and emotionally. Joining the summer staff guarantees a summer of immense personal growth, joy, and friendship.

We are seeking the following program leaders: horseback riding, lifeguards, and Shooting Sports.

Teach, Evangelize, Advocate, Minister (T.E.A.M.)

During the Fall and Spring semesters, young adults can become part of a community that instructs in the Outdoor Education program, ministers in Outdoor Retreats, and facilitates the Challenge Program. This team tends to many of the facets of running high quality programs...whether it is managing the outdoor spaces that model land stewardship, keeping the garden healthy and the barnyard animals cared for, planning programs, or teaching and facilitating programs, there is never a dull moment! The T.E.A.M. members live in community, so room and board are provided, along with a small monthly stipend.

The Spring, 2018 program has no more positions! Check back here for Fall, 2018, information!

The ways to help Tecaboca through volunteering are endless! We often need skilled workers such as electricians, plumbers, and welders to help with projects, we always need help with keeping landscaped areas cleaned up and thriving, as well as our wildlife management areas healthy.

For those who enjoy working with people in the retreat ministry, there is almost always a retreat team forming that you could be a part of.

Many of the Outdoor Education and Challenge Programs need volunteers that will either teach activities, or help by assisting.

Whether you'd like to give a week at a time, hours each month, or just be on a "call" list, know that your skills, talents, and passions will be appreciated at Tecaboca! Complete the form below to let us know how you'd like to help!
